Location
Northern Cyprus is described as the last unspoilt paradise in the Mediterranean, a corner of earth touched by heaven.
Villa Hulya is located near the village of Estentepe and provides an ideal base for exploring Kyrenia (Girne), local beaches, restaurants and places of interest.
The villa lies 10 miles East of Kyrenia and nestles at the base of the 'Five Finger' mountains, an easy 20 minute drive along the new coast road and 5 minutes past the new 18 hole golf course. Across the road is the 'Antique Restaurant' for relaxed meals and drinks and short walks to our local beaches. From the moment you arrive you will instantly feel involved in traditional village life and activity, an ideal starting point for the perfect peaceful holiday.
The Villa
This beautiful Mediterranean style villa is set in its own landscaped gardens with large private swimming pool. Air-conditioned throughout it offers super accommodation for up to six people. Of course, the nicest thing about Villa Hulya is its location, but that alone is not enough. Our villa offers a very high standard of comfortable, welcoming accommodation.

Ground Floor
The open plan split level lounge/dining area is comfortably furnished with a dining table serving 6 persons, the marble floors help to keep the villa cool in the summer. There is a TV, DVD player, CD player and radio with a large collection of CDs and DVDs and books to read to help you relax.
Two guest bedrooms on the ground floor, each with access through patio doors to terrace and pool with lovely views to the sea and mountains. These bedrooms are served by a bathroom with shower and toilet. One bedroom has double bed while the other has twin beds. Both have fitted wardrobes, air conditioning or central heating.
The modern kitchen is fully fitted with an oven, hob, washing machine, extractor fan.
Other appliances include a 4 piece toaster, iron, ironing board, and Kenwood juicer. Cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery and glassware plus non breakable plates and glasses for pool use are provided.
From the lounge and dining room, patio doors lead to a furnished patio, the pool, and the BBQ area where you can relax and enjoy a cool drink or a dip in the pool, we have provided comfortable loungers and armchairs for your enjoyment.
Upstairs
The marble staircase leads to the master bedroom, master bathroom and spacious balcony which overlooks the pool and BBQ area with fantastic views to the sea and mountains. Enjoy an early morning tea or coffee on the balcony as the sun comes over the mountains. The bedroom has fitted wardrobes, air conditioning or central heating.
Outside
There is a large private swimming pool with underwater lighting, and a generous area for sunbathing. The pool is serviced twice a week in the summer and once a week in the winter. In the evening you may wish to take advantage of the BBQ and furniture and enjoy a meal under the stars. Towels are provided for the villa, please bring your own beach towels.
